Define how the teams work together
Explain whether your agency will lead the client relationship, whether Swepety can speak directly with the client, and who approves scope, content, testing, and launch. Agree how questions, updates, and change requests move between the teams.
Agree the practical boundaries
- Branding, white-label requirements, and how delivery materials are presented.
- Ownership of accounts, client materials, code, and reusable components as specified in the agreement.
- Permission to share client information and the route for granting technical access.
- Who handles support, billing, acceptance, and requests outside the agreed scope.
Start with one project
Bring a specific client goal and a bounded first scope. Referral fees, reseller terms, exclusivity, margins, and response commitments are not set by this guide; they require a separate written agreement.
